1)Before erect the crane, the conductor should introduce the way of hoisting, step of lifting, signal of conduct, notice and the responsibility of each member carefully to all the people.
2)In the area of erecting the crane, if there is not enough lighting equipments, it is prohibited to do the erecting work in the night.
3)It is not allowed any people lifting with the crane, and not allowed to fall down with the steel wire rope or pulley.
4)In the erecting area, make sure people don’t touch the bare wire which is electriferous.
5)When the crane is erected and lift, it is prohibited to stay or walk under the crane.Irrelevant person are not allowed in the erection area.
6)Completes the prevention work in case of a power failure to ensure effective lifting brake system.
7)To check the erection work is totally normal or wrong, it is better to lift the crane 100~200 mm heigh above the ground, let it stay for a while, check all lifting equipment and lifting tools, whether there is some incorrect place, the binding is secure or not, the crane center of gravity is fit or not and so on.After confirming all parts are well, it is allowed to begin the erection work.
8)Put the ground beam on the rail when assemble crane, then connect the leg the leg and connect them into a whole by bolt and then install the trolley.For the main beam length is over 35m,it need connect the main beam into a whole by bolts on the ground then hoist and install on the leg.
5. After assembling the crane, check the size deviation of the crane bridge frame and every part, it is prohibited to surpass the below
