进口产品所需资料清单(即:出口商需提供的资料):List form exporter
1.原产地证 Original certificate
2.自由销售证明/卫生证明 Sales certificate or Health certificate
3.成分表 Component list
4.包装日期证明 /生产日期证明 The certificate of production Date
5.基本单证(装箱单、合同、提单) Basic documents: Packing list;invoice;contract
6.外文标签及中文翻译件(彩色扫描件1:1比例)Original label and Chinese Translation
其他:如熏蒸证明并且木箱包装上印有IPPC标识、保险单等 Others: Fumigation Certificate; Freight policy
<1>进口申报资质:Import qualification
1.进出口权 The right of Export and Import
2.食品经营资质 (食品流通许可证;酒类批发/零售许可证)Liquor license
<2>进口备案所需资料清单:Import record flie list by the Chinese company(Consignee)
1.备案申请书(我司提供表格填写:标签备案、收货人备案、发货人备案申请书)For the record (Please fill in the application that we offer )
2.工商营业执照 Businese license
3.组织机构代码证 Organization code
4.法定代表人证明 Legal representative ID
5.自理报检单位备案登记证明书 Rcord certificate for manufacturer's self-declaration
6.进出口货物收发人报关注册登记证 Certificate of Customs Self-Declaration
进口食品注意事项
①次进口,海关可能会外转审价,需要提供海运提单,海运费,海运保险单,付汇证明等资料进行核价。
②需提前确认国外生产厂商的资料信息,查询产品是否可进。
③散货可以通过香港中转或直接发国内港口码头进口。
